American Photo App Reviews

Just downloaded current issue and three of the photagraphic articles are not visible. ALL and I meann ALL of the advertising is viewable. Having trouble at this time locating any support so I thought I would go ahead and rate at this time.

Ive been a subscriber for a couple of years in my iPad, and javelin enjoyed American Photo. The latest issue however wont completely download and I cant get a response from customer service, if it exist....

Great magazine , app is glitchy , missing pages, needs bugs sorted out.

Some articles can be read, others come up with a blank page. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I downloaded the issue I wanted and the same thing happened. I cant find any way to communicate with someone to help me. Im disappointed with the app, I love the magazine.

Account was charge 11.99 , but no magazine ??? Nothing!!!

I installed the app and bought a subscription. iTunes users are supposed to hit the done button to download. Problem is, theres no done button on the app page. Hows this possible?

Paid in the app and followed instructions. NO MAGAZINE!!! I usually dont write reviews, especially complaining but this was such a bad experience I had to. Get you ____ together! You all are making the magazine look bad!

I got a rebate. Two weeks of polite email got me nowhere. The devs think its ok to treat patience with silence. Dont release an app that isnt ready, dont be insensitive to people who only want to read what theyve paid for.

In order to download the huge file size the app needs to be running and active. If you exit the app it pauses download. And then after downloading (forever) i was not able to read it but rather the download button appeared again. Cant say much about the content as I cant read it but app is buggy. Why do they pay the developers who consistently produce utter crud!!

You can only cancel 24 hours before your subscription expires. Good luck finding out when that is. Subscribe and youre stuck.

The new presentation and layout is awful. Not a magazine anymore. Think PowerPoint in 3D... You will be tapping, scrolling, clicking a lot (I mean a lot!) Not a nice smooth experience. I love magazines, I appreciate the page layout ( part of the personality of each journal) , a glance and all that information is there. With this new "engine" everything is isolated. Maybe you like it . I did not.

This app was just upgraded and it erased my downloaded content, and when I restore my purchases and try to download, the download stalls and fails.

When will we start getting Pop Photo? It is already the middle of May and no mags in the app.
